Rental Conditions

Cruz Rent a Car

By renting a vehicle from Cruz Belgrade Rent a Car, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before signing the rental agreement.

Prohibited Uses

  • 1

    Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgment.

  • 2

    Using the vehicle for illegal purposes or transporting illegal goods.

  • 3

    Allowing an unauthorised third party to drive the vehicle.

  • 4

    Participating in motor races, rallies, or off-road driving.

  • 5

    Towing another vehicle or trailer without prior written consent.

  • 6

    Driving outside Serbia without prior written agreement.

  • 7

    Subletting or otherwise transferring the rental agreement to another party.

Customer Obligations

  • The customer must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid driving licence.

  • The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date and time.

  • Any damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately.

  • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.

  • The customer is responsible for all traffic fines incurred during the rental period.

  • The vehicle must not be smoked in.

  • The customer must park the vehicle in safe and legal locations at all times.

  • Any mechanical fault must be reported promptly — do not attempt repairs without authorisation.

  • The customer must have valid identification and driving licence on their person at all times while driving.

In the event of an accident, the customer must:

  • Stop the vehicle and secure the scene.

  • Call the police and obtain an official report.

  • Notify Cruz Belgrade Rent a Car immediately.

  • Do not admit liability or make any payments to third parties.

  • Collect the names and contact details of all parties involved.
